IN COURT TODAY– PLEADING NOT GUILTY IN A DIFFERENT CASE.DURING VIDEO COURT TODAY– 46-YEAR-OLD ROY BEBOUT PLEAD NOT GUILTY AFTER HE GOT INTO A FIGHT IN JAIL. AUTHORITIES SAID BEBOUT WAS ON THE BOTTOM BUNK AND WAS KICKING THE TOP BUNK WHERE DWAYNE DIXON WAS ASLEEP– STARTING A FIGHT.DIXON IS NOT AND MILITARY EXPERTS CAPTIVATED.WHAT WAS FLYING OVER OUR HEADS YESTERDAY AFTERNOON?EYEWITNESS NEWS STUART HAMMER IS IN THE NEWSROOM TO EXPLAIN.STUART– IT POPPED UP ON RADAR LIKE A SEVERE STORM BUT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAID IT WAS ONLY BETWEEN FIVE AND TEN THOUSAND FEET ABOVE THE GROUD.STORMS ARE MUCH BIGGER THAN THAT.SO

  1. Chaff doesnt linger in the air that long. And people need to stop saying it jams radar. It's meant to provide a LARGER radar cross section then the original target plane or ship. I know was my job on ship to use this stuff.
